Take-home pay for UK shift workers
Know your take‑home before payday.
Wagemap works out your pay from your rota, tax code and pay rules, to the penny. When your payslip is wrong, it shows you which line, and writes the message to payroll.
01 · Forecast
Your payslip, before payroll sends it.
Built for nights, weekends, overtime at different rates, allowances, bank holidays and rotas that never line up with a calendar month.
Your next payday, already worked out
Wagemap reads your rota and pay rules and builds the payslip line by line: basic, overtime, allowances, holiday and sick pay.
Tax worked out the way HMRC does it
Cumulative PAYE with Scottish and Welsh rates, National Insurance, student and postgraduate loans, and pension. It even tells you how much of a payday is taxed at 40%.
Sharper every month
Confirm a payslip and the rest of your tax year calibrates to your real figures. Adding past payslips is free.

02 · Rota
Any rota. Even yours.
Set your pattern once and the calendar fills itself in for the year. You only log the exceptions: overtime, holidays, swaps and sickness.
5 days · 5 off · 5 nights · 5 off · 4 days · 4 off
Common patterns built in
Pick a familiar shift pattern and you're set up in under a minute.
Or build your own
Any run of days, nights and rest days, up to eight weeks long.
History that stays put
Change your rota from any date. Weeks you've worked keep the rota they were worked on.
03 · Pay rules
Your pay rules, not a guess.
Every workplace pays differently. Tell Wagemap yours once and every shift is priced the way your payroll prices it. Change them whenever your contract does.
A 12-hour Saturday night overtime shift
2× plus the 25% night allowance, at £16.50 an hour
04 · Payslip check
Payslip wrong? Prove it.
Photograph or paste your payslip. Wagemap reads it on your phone, compares every line with what you worked, and recognises first aid, fire warden, on-call, sleep-in and dozens more allowances.

Message for payroll
Drafted for youHi,
On my October payslip, 12 hours of Saturday night overtime were paid at 1.5× (£346.50). Saturday nights are paid at 2× plus the night allowance, which comes to £445.50.
Please could you pay the £99.00 difference in my next pay? Thank you.
05 · Privacy
Your pay never leaves your phone.
Most money apps want an account, a bank login and your data. Wagemap needs none of it. Everything is stored and worked out on your iPhone.

Is it accurate?
Wagemap uses HMRC's own PAYE method (cumulative tax, National Insurance and student loans) and is tested against HMRC's worked examples. It's built from what you tell it, so it's as right as your rota and pay rules. Your payslip is what you're actually paid.
Will it work for my job?
If you're paid through PAYE in the UK, yes: hourly, salaried or a day rate, rotating shifts or Monday to Friday. Pro covers up to five jobs, such as a second job or bank shifts.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for. Open the app and answer a few questions.
